Pregnant with breast cancer

I know a 28 yr old delivering baby at 36 weeks and having double mastectomy 2 days later. Is there a pillowy thing out there that will make it possible for her to comfortably hold her newborn after surgery.

Not so sure about helping with the pillow advice, but you may find some helpful information for you friend on the main Breastcancer.org site on the Fertility and Pregnancy During and After Breast Cancer pages.
