ibc and diabetites

i was d with ibs in sept 2010 plus diabeties, since then i have had reccurrance in the sfin twice plus now in chest wall and mets two lungs, i am having taxol chemo plus back on herceptin, is there anybody else have had this, and also being diabetic.
