Hardness in Radiation Bolus site?

It's been  almost 8 months since I finished radiation with 8 bolus doses after 25 regular doses. My mamogram in December was okay. I have noticed a hard cord like area running vertically through the bolus area (which is above the nipple) running down toward the nipple but am not sure if it was always that hard or thick. My tumour was at 11 oclock position ( left breat) so the lumpectomy scar runs across the top of the breast with the bolus area which is darker than the rest of the skin centred over the lumpectomy scar.

Does anyone else have this hard cordlike area? Is it fibrosis or could it be a recurring tumour?
