My mom: Mets to bone,, stomach

Two and a half weeks ago, my mom got the news that she had cancer. We now know she has mets to bones, lymph and none marrow. She is ER+\PR- and we are waiting to hear back about her HER 2 status. Does anyone have information or experience with mets to bone marrow? She has been given a drug (name?) to help boost her bodies ability to create white blood cells since she started chemo TAC Monday. Any information people might have would be great.
