What to Look for in a Fitter

I'll be ready to go for a professional fitting in a couple of weeks. I need some advice on what to look for in a fitter. There are two places that are in network for my medical plan--Nordstrom's and Hangar. I've been to Nordstrom's a couple of times for surgery camisoles, but I am not sure whether the fitters there have much specialized knowledge. Has anyone used Nordstrom's? I'm willing to go out of network if necessary for good results. Thanks.
