Sentinel Nobe Biopsy and lymphedema

Hello Everyone, 

I am having a BMX on March 5th with a scheduled sentinel node biopsy. Have any of your BS recommended not using a pressure cup or iv in your arm if you are having a snb on both sides? I've read that that is done in the case of axillarly node biopsys but its unclear to me if this relates to a snb as well.
