Lichen Sclerosis

I have been diagnosed with this ....chronic disease.  The doctor prescribed hydrocortisone and then a stronger version.  I was allergic...can you imagine?  What a mess.

I know there are women with this auto-immune/low hormone diagnosis and was wondering if any of you have alternative treatment that worked for you.   

 I have taken a few baths in Epsom salt...but have tried nothing more since finding out I was allergic to hydro cortisone.  I had the worst diaper rash I have ever seen.  Yikes....
