Brown Spots on Areola 2 mos. Post Rads?

I am almost 2 mos. post Rads and just noticed a few small flat brown spots on my areola that were not there before. One actually looks like it has a blackhead in the center. I had my lumpectomy in Oct. 2011 and Rads around Christmas. Didn't have any skin issues with rads but have continued to apply cream just to keep skin soft.

 Anyone else get brown spots on areola after rads? Going into the weekend it is too late to call my RO and I am now in a worry mode about this. Could use some support to hear if others have had this.  I do plan to call my RO on Monday but that doesn't help my being worried now. Thanks
