Stage II Bilateral Mastectomy Followup

Hi all, I've been lurking awhile and was wondering what follow up schedule is followed for bilateral mastectomy. After 4 years I'm still seeing my surgical oncologist once a year and medical oncologist every 6 months (1 more year of arimidex).  How long is standard?
