One year has past still very hard

My sweet kind gentle sister died of breast cancer on valentines day 2011 and it is still painful and bewildering of how she physically isn't here anymore. Her friends are sad I'm sad, it's just not the same without her. I feel for everyone on these boards dealing with this horrible disease and loss of their loved one.

    Amy Lynn, I have not been in your situation and can only imagine the empty place in your life and heart this past year. I am sorry that you have to go through this grieving.



    I read on another thread that you are compiling a scrapbook to remember your sister. I hope that this will be therapeutic for you and a reminder of some happy times.



    If you believe in an afterlife, hopefully trusting that your sister is now in a heavenly place will give you comfort.

    Thank you racy, I do believe in heaven and I'll be there with her when it's my time she will be there or me.
