Are probiotics ok to take during treatment?

I'm on Exemestane and getting radiation. Will probiotics interfere with the effects of either of these? Thanks!

    To be honest, this is probably a question for your medical team. During my radiation, I had to have a consult with a gastro specialist to deal with some of the side effects I was having. His primary recommendation for me as a post-chemo and current radiation patient was to swig at least two of those intense Dannon Probiotic yogurt drinks daily. And more wasn't an issue.

    Of course, my story might not be yours. Ask the radiation oncologist if they see any problem with the "doses" that you want to take.
