I've got 4 more Taxol treatments. and I think I see the wizard (MO) next week.

What questions do I ask him?

I don't have to do scans do I? My pet/ct were clean after my mast. I know they will relook at my good breast.

I will do tamoxofine. I guess I start after RO? there isn't alternative?

I want to ask him about low dose naltraxane?

He's going to be mad, cause I've decided to do my breast rads out of town at center that has specialist in breast RO. I'll be in baltimore in April. they have a hope lodge I should be able to get lodging at. oh well he can just get over it.

what other stuff do I need to ask. he's told me my chance of recurrence is 30%. But I'm going to exercize and eat lots of good stuff. thats got to cut my reoccurence down some?

Hello - You will want to write down your questions...here's a few thoughts:  What does the next year look like for me (appointments, tests, when I should contact you, medication refills, signs to watch for)?  When and how can I work with a specialist to set up my Recovery Plan?  Should I work with a nutritionalist to help me understand what I can to to help my body work with Chemotherapy, yet be able to heal and properly intake nutrition (ie:  soy acts like "estrogen"; sugar feeds cancer, but it feeds every cell in your body)?  Should I be fitted for a sleeve and a glove incase I get LE (you have to have the sleeve and the glove - if you don't use them together, it will mess up your hand and be painful...I did that).  Can I be set up with a medication management doctor (mine found out that two of my scripts interacted with my Tamoxifen and immedicately took steps to switch me over...he spent 2.5 hours researching this - I would have had no idea....)  Would you recommend a psychiatrist who specializes in Cancer patients?

I hope that helps ... Smile
