Great Website for Arranging Meals After Surgery

I'm not sure if this has been covered before but a friend of mine just had surgery after a major car accident and needed help with meals after she came home.  Some friends of hers signed her up for something called "Meal Train" and I thought it might be helpful for those of you with upcoming surgeries.

Basically you, or someone you know, sets up a meal schedule for friends, neighbors, family, church members, etc. to bring you meals at select times.  Invitations can be sent out via email or Facebook and people then book dates when they can commit to bringing you a meal or meals.  The service is free, too.  

A lot of times the people in your life want to help but are unsure of what to do or when to do it.  And, as women, it's can be hard for us to ask for help.  I just thought this was such a great idea and wanted to pass it on.

Food tidings is another good one....works the same way....I"ve signed up to bring meals, but never started a link....

I know people who have used MealBaby. Not sure how they compare but FYI.
