New lump found in Healthy Breast

Haven't been here in a couple of years when I was diagnosed with IDC Her2+  Bc in the left breast.  Had a left side mastectomy and right side augmentation to help match.   Just found a small lump in the good right augmented side near the edge.   I can only feel this when I lay on either my right or left side.  It seems to disappear when I stand up straight or lay on my back.   Anyone heard of a lump acting like this?   Wondering if anyone has heard anything like this before and wondering if BC is back again.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello ... I certainly hope it's nothing and I am certain you will be seeing a doctor soon...the only experience I have is from my own...a fixed lump is what I had...and what I was asked about over the phone...I was also asked if I had any swollen nodes under my arm,..sure enough I did.

    So, I would be more optimistic with one that is moving around...but wouldn't waste a second in having it properly examined....

    Thanks so much for your response.  I see the doctor on Thursday to get an idea of what this could be.  I am staying positive!!
