IBC after bilateral skin sparing mastectomy?

I have a quartersized pinkish red spot that has just appeared on my left breast almost a year after DCIS diagnosis. I chose to have bx with skin and nipple sparing after original diagnosis and have been doing well. Problem is, the breast with the spot still has swelling and orange peel skin from first surgery so hard to tell if symptoms are tied with spot or surgery. Does anyone know stats on IBC after mastectomy? Have ultrasound scheduled for Thursday but of course wanted to see if anyone had any info to help ease or inform a worried mind.
