MS after BC

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can give me some information.

I am 5 years after BC with lumpectomy, and recently my doctor said that my brain MRI shows some white spots.  He doesn't feel that there is any concern, but when I asked him what that could be, he said first thing that comes to mind is MS. 

Does anyone know if there is a correlation between BS and MS?  Or, does white spots possibly mean cancer?  I know I'm jumping the gun, but I just want to get as much information as possible.

I've read that sometimes MS manifests after a traumatic event. If you were genetically predisposed to getting it the genes "turn on" after the traumatic event. I haven't heard of a correlation between MS and BC. I believe dark spots would be cancer.I think amyloid deposits can also show up as white spots.
