Vitamins and Minerals?

Options

What are good elements for us to take to help our immune system during treatment and after?  I'm curious.  Sister and I were talking about it today. She was even wondering if Estroven would be helpful for me.

Thanks for the input.

    Sally,

I strongly recommend you to boost up your immunity with Fucoidan (make sure the seaweeds are either Cladosiphon okamuranus, Undaria pinnatifida or Fucus vesiculosus). Stay away from Kelp! The idea is to activate the immune cells more directly. Yes, vitamins, minerals and other ingredients are very essential and Estroven can be an alternative. But, you need more than that. We have to keep in mind that not only your immunity is being affected. You need to regulate your pH levels, get a chelating agent or a series of chelating agents that can help you clean your blood and remove any toxins and give your body the nutrients it needs.

Two-three grams of fucoidan are essential along with the right RDA amounts of vitamins and minerals.

Most importantly, try not to stress out. Change your diet and enjoy!

    Hope this helps!

    Susan

If you are having any kind of chemotherapy or radiation, please make sure you tell your oncologist and radiologist any thing you are taking.
