I have thinking about how I am going to move forward after being diagnosed with BC, and how do I not let it consume my daily thoughts.  I know alot of women her have struggled with the same emotions. I wanted to recommend a book that was mentioned on this site by someone called "Back to Life" by Alicia Salzer.  The book offers coping skills to empower people who have challenges.  She has a website that has a section of music playlists that you can listen to help with many of the emotions we all face. http://aliciasalzer.com/playlists/index.html

I know I will be listening to these alot.

I can second your recommendation!  I read Back To Life several months ago, after hearing Dr. Salzer interviewed on XM "Doctor Radio," and I can honestly say it was a real turning point in my emotional recovery.  It's not a typical PTSD self-help book at all.  In fact, I've been meaning to reread it, the first time was so helpful!  And thanks for mentioning the website playlist.  I'd forgotten about that.     Deanna
