Just took My Ambien - Surgery tomorrow:(

I;m so nervous and anxious with this surgery for tomorrow.  I researched pictures of what they actually do, This just scared the crap out of me.  I'll go to bed tonight and wake at 5 and be at Hospital at 6, surgery is 7:30. I was less afraid of them doing my breasts,  The knee has been so painful and normally sensitive under the kneecap so I'm not getting the feeling of feeling better when it's over.  So glad I got tha Ambien.  A little help from my friend.

While I have never had knee surgery both my DH and DS had this surgery.



DH had meniscus removed from both knees (two separate surgeries) and each time his ortho recommended this ice compression machine. http://www.barenecessities.com/bali-power-shape-tank-top-8057_product.htm?pf_id=Bali8057&search= (sorry the link is not active but I am on my iPad.) He did extremely well.



DS had one knee done, ortho did not recommend above machine and his recovery was much slower. So when he had the second knee done, he used this machine and felt that it greatly improved his recovery.



Just a FYI. The machines are covered by insurance and DH got it right at the hospital to take home with him.
