Radiation and antibiotics

Hi dear, now I am on radiation therapy and already 2 days having tooth pain. Dentist prescribed to me antibiotics Amoxicillin 500. It's  weekend now, I can't reach radiation doctor for asking: is it possible to take antibiotics during radiation treatment.? May be some of you had this experience and knew?

    I am not a doctor but I got a kidney infection while doing radiation and was hospitalzied. One of the things I received was IV antibiotics. My MO had perscribed antibiotics to me when It was suspected I had a UTI prior to my hospotalization.  tured out that the my infection was resistent to the type of I was which is why I was hosptialized. I continued to take oral anitbiotics after the hospitalization.  I think you should be fine.  I had no problems.  Try the 24 hour oncologist line if you are really worried.
