Does IBC symptoms get better with antibiotics? A friend of mine had all the symptoms of IBC but with antibotocs the symptoms have improved but she still has itchiness. The redness is gone as well.

    IBC does not improve or may only change minimally with antibiotics, IBC is often misdiagnosed as an infection and treated with antibiotics.  If she has any questions at all, ask for/demand the additional testing to rule IBC in or out.
