microbiodic diet

i am new.  so.  not sure if this is appropriate question.  has anyone tried the microbiodic diet?   i would appreciate your answer.  thanks so much

    Hi Bhd1,

    I haven't tried it, but I seem to be on something similar.  I went on the Block Diet by integrative oncologist, Dr. Block.  He has a book, Life Over Cancer, that I recommend highly.  In fact, if you can get to the Chicago area, it would definitely be worth it to see his team.  They are very big into diet and lifestyle in addition to conventional treatment in fighting cancer.  He also has a blog - www.lifeovercancerblog.com.  Good information!

    Anyway, I eat a largely vegan diet with wild fish and the occasional organic egg.  I feel great and have lost ten pounds.
