Pain around nipple incision now after surgery in Aug?

Just wondering, are the nerves growing back?  I had a lumpectomy with incisions around the nipple and another around the armpit.  Now it's very sensitive almost painful in the nipple area, but looking more like myself after radiation. Has anyone else experienced this?  I was very bad and skipped my first follow up appt but will have another one next week. Thank you.
