Ginseng

Anyone here about Ginseng for the treatment of Breast cancer? I have heard good things on how it prevents recurrence.  However, I have heard other things that it might not be good for those diagnosed with ER+ or PR+ tumors as this is a phytoestrogen.

Very confusing as there is more than one type of ginseng, and settling the issue as to estrogenic properties.  This needs more in depth answers.
