Suggestions for survivor anniversary?

Hi. I just registered on this site and this is my first post. My sister-in-law's 5 year breast cancer survivor anniversay is coming up next week and I want to do something for her but I can't think of a thing. I'm going crazy trying to. The problem is I have very little money. Any suggestions please?
