Hi everyone,

I have been Dx at the end of Oct w/ IDC stage IIb, grade II. I went over all the tests, but had no choice to delay my surgery as my husband left the country to care for his ill father (bladder cancer). I will have to wait until the end of Jan to early Feb.

Lately I have been feeling a burning sensation on my tumor, under arm, even shoulder, not sure if because I am experiencing my period and before and during I feel very sensitive, but this time i feel more os the tingling, light rush. I am very concern now... but didn't wanted worry my husband or my family.

Nobody says how long to wait for surgery is too long or risky. Also is it ok to have lots of physical activities (work)

Thank you. Best wishes for 2012!

HardtimeNY - Hello!  I have a couple of questions for you.  Why do you have stage IIb in your sig line if you have not had surgery yet?  Normally you do not have this information until you receive your post-surgical pathology report.  Stage IIb is defined by tumor size of 2-5cm and positive lymph nodes -or- tumor greater than 5cm and negative nodes.  Your tumor size in your sig line is 1cm and is your node status still unknown?  Have you had a SNB or an MRI to determine node status?
