Right nipple pain!

Hello Ladies.  I seem to finally be healing up well.  I had a delayed hyper-sensitivity to the prep used during surgery (CloroPrep) that left me with a huge rash and burns on my breasts.

But today I have been feeling a pain in my right breast around the nipple.  I did have the radioactive tracer inserted in that area for the surgery.  It is only on the right nipple, so I don't think it is menstrual related.  There is also a slight redness in the area , and a small bump?  What could be happening?

 Should I call the surgeon on Monday?

    Ardychan, I did not have your issues, but any time you wonder if you should call your doctor, it is definitely time to actually call the doctor.  I hope everything will be all right.  Sending hugs to you.
