Hi Ladys I have made it 4 and a half years on anti hormonals been on all of them.My Body cant handle them anymore.Dr wanted to try me back on arimidex for the last 8 months but had another reaction.So now he is taking me off it.I hope and pray that 4 and a half years is enough to keep me safe.................Im still NED.Had scans things look good.I'm almost to the 5 year mark,,,,,,

    It sounds like you did a great job staying on it as long as you did.  I think you need to do what is best for you and that you were on long enough.  I wish you health and happiness in the new year.

    You tried roxy42 and that's all we can do....congrats on the scans and best wishes on the future as well.  QOL is huge! :)

    Congrats Roxy...Maybe just focus o a diet that helps block estrogen or foods that are estrogen free...Lots of exercise etc... So happy for you!

    4 years is an awesome achievement,  however, maybe just a 30 or 40 day break.. can get you to be on an anti hormonal  just a bit more.. stage 4 is no fun, mostly because of the drugs (for me).  The natural gals discuss estrogen blocking and Low foods often on the alternative forum.. I would be very careful and might consult a naturalist (well respected) practicer.
