Just finished Taxol, new to FAC next week

Hi!   I have just finished my last Taxol treatment last Friday.  I've been out of whack for 3 days, no work for the past two.   I don't have nausea, but pain in fingernails, toenails, entire body aches and pains, and now extremely bad anxiety toward starting FAC on the day after Christmas.

 I've been warned that I will be out of it for 7-10 days, then my blood levels will drop, then about the time they are coming back, I will have to have the next treatment.  

 I know not everyone is the same, but if I am knocked down with Taxol, should I be concerend that I will be out MUCH more with the FAC?  

 I work in an office.  It i getting harder and harder to get there.  I don't know how anyone works full time through all this.  I applaud them.  I am having a tough time.  

I'll leave with those thoughts and return with more, I am sure.

Any advice is appreciated.   Oh, by the way, I am having neoadjuvant chemo prior to surgery.  I have two tumors (one triple negative, the other estrogen positive) and one in the lymph nodes.  They just did an ultrasound on Friday that confirms they have shrunk 60%.
