Left by boyfriend?

Hello, my boyfriend asked me to leave the house where I'd lived for 2 years with he and his children, the same week I was diagnosed with breast cancer.  I was all alone in a new state at 53.  I went through treatment (chemotherapy, surgery and radiation) almost homeless, though I had lived and worked in another state for 30 years.  I had to remain in that state to get medical care (having lost my insurance).  Now I'm embarking on a new adventure, in yet a third environment and willing my hair to grow faster and eyebrows to just grow (Cytoxan and Taxotere).  I was wondering if there are others at mid-life who have had a similar experience?  Love and blessings, and Happy Holidays.

Hi Lauren 1.....I'm so sorry to hear about your difficulties. That really sucks....The holidays tend to make relationship problems more hurtful so i hope you have a place to go for your holidays. It doesn't seem your old boyfriend had much compassion, I will be happy to lend an ear for you. Have you found a safe place to live?
