start Tamoxifen before or after rads?

When did everyone start Tamoxifen? One onc I spoke with said he could start it right after chemo and before rads. The second opinion onc said he would start it near end of rads.

Anybody know anything about it? Or have any specific conversations with their onc about it?

I find it frustrating that different oncs recommend different things.

It is so frustrating....I didn't take tamoxifen but started Arimidex after chemo before BMX and rads and have continued since with some kind of AI.  Good luck.
