I am just so frustrated, irritated and any other word you can think of.  This past summer I had my first mammogram, and the rest reads pretty much how everyone else started out.  During my first follow up with the BS, I was given the dx of LCIS and ADH.  Well today I was told the pathology report was not complete and it now says I have LCIS, ADH, ALH, multiple radial scars and Proliferative fibrocystic changes.  I asked my BS about referral to oncology and was shot down.  I asked about medication and was told it was not proven to reduce risk in women in my situation.  Last question asked was about follow up care, I was told I would have to have breast exam every 6 month and a mammo once a year.  No sorry the last question I asked was if none of these conditions really produce lumps and you are doubtful you will be able to feel anything, then why am I paying you to do a breast exam?  No reply to this question.  I would love to be able to switch doctors however it will not matter where I go because I have an HMO which has their own rules.
