Hi ladies!

I joined in June when I went through my mamo and stereotatic and this site was a life saver!!

I got my letter that December 29th is my 6 month follow up, diagnostic mamo. But this time I am being seen at an actual Breast Diagnostic Center and the nurse said that as soon as you have your diagnostic you meet with a doc to discuss results. Last time at my local medical group I just kept getting phone calls!

I have "exteremly dense breasts" as well as a complex schleorsing adenosis and complex fibroadenoma, this is the reason for the 6 month follow up. I have never had an MRI but have learned from this site the importance of this test. Is this something I ask for? Or with this being an actual diagnostic center, the equipment should be good enough to see through all the "denseness"(if that is even a word)!!

On the 19th I have to have a hysterscopy, D&C and endometial ablation, so I am trying hard to get through this year and have a better 2012! (my brother has been diagnosed with advanced stage 4 head and neck cancer this year so I do not want to bother anyone with my worries right now)
