High nodal involvement

Hi, following a pretty punishing time since ILC diagnosis in April (left mx, chemo, right mx, radiotherapy to left chest wall, axilla and supracalvicular fossa, now started Arimadex) I am looking for some good news stories from folk who may have had a lot of lymph nodes involved please.

Pathology after left breast mastectomy showed that I had 24 / 24 nodes involved,g2 stage 2  some with extracapsular extension. Although my fantastic surgeon assures me all visible axilla tissue removed, and the lovely oncologist is positive about the systemic effects of the FEC-T chemo, radio therapy and now Arimadex, I am still very worried about the whole reccurance thing. (An MRI scan found a smaller g2 s2 tumor , also ILC, on the left hand side so had a second mastectomy after chemo, this one no nodes involved at all but an isolated tumor cell in one sentinel node which apparently is not significant, full mastecomy with clear margins to get rid of any further risk.) In May I had a reassuring CT scan and a Bone scan, no evidence at that time of soft tissue or bone spread to anywhere else. But given the high nodal involvement from the left breast axilla I have been given a "guarded" prognosis. Has anyone else had a lot of nodes involved and still managed to keep cancer-free down the line?

I think I have had fantastic and rapid treatment, and am thanful for it,  but now it is over I am struggling to stay positive, I am terrified about a local or distant reccurance because of the high node involvement thing.  Some comfort to help me settle my anxious head would be wonderful. Thankyou.
