I like to do crafts, never thought I would but once I got started and thanks to you tube I love it. My newest endeavor is to do a homemade smash/junk journal book of my breast cancer journey. It is a combination of really anything you want to go in your book. It can be writings, drawings, a card someone sent you, to you bracelet from treatment really just anything you want doesn't have to make sense to someone else just to you. If anybody is interested go have a look on YouTube at some of the smash/ junk journals. Some people purchase books already made and just fill them in with "junk" others like me prefer to make homemade ones, mostly because I have tons of craft stuff that I need to use. Hope to hear from other crafters and how you have used breast cancer in your craft projects.

My craft is embroidery.  Last December, I started embroidering a Christmas tablecloth thinking I would be able to use it this year.  Well, BC reared its ugly head and I set the tablecloth aside for many months.  Now that my active treatment is over, I am back to embroidering and loving every minute I work on my tablecloth.  Something about that project makes me feel like a survivor.

Kenyo, there are two artsy craftsy threads, one called 'Stitching the Pieces Together' and the other is 'Let's inspire each other to be creative' aand i think between the two covers most things. Check them both out I know you would be more than welcome on either or both.   Oh by the way, I do embroidery, knitting, crochet, beading, decorative beading and tappestry...........I haven't tried your craft but it sounds interesting.

    Love n hugs.  Chrissy
