lump in prophylactic breast

Hello,

I felt a lump couple of days ago in my prophylactic breast. It feels like a blood vessel (but it is not) and has a shape of a rice.

I had breast MRI in April and was told there was a lump deep in the breast that looked as enlarged nodes but since that was DIEP breast was told it was fat necrosis instead. I cannot feel that lump anymore.

Could the new one be fat necrosis? That was my good breast.
