You came quietly, while I was living,

And made yourself a hidden nest.

You were finally caught on film

During a routine test

On me.

What's the lesson I needed?

Why me, why now, I confessed.

To learn the value of life?

I didn't need that impressed

On me.

Fed by hormones, you grew

And took hold in my breast.

But I'll be damned

If I let you take the rest

Of me.

Take my hair, my energy, too,

You hungry, nasty pest.

But I'll fight you tooth and nail.

You will not get the best

Of me.
