According to my Onc It's very unlikely after all the treatment she has been through, I'm on the same Chemo as your wife, I've got 3 more taxotere to go.

Nothing is 100% but the chances are slim with her last scan being ok & chemo being successful.  All scans are scary for us all, what your feeling is completely normal.

Many, I understand how scared you are. Noone, not even the onc, can give you 100% guarantee but I really hope for you and your wife there is no spread. I will pray for her and you.

    God bless.

I worry with each scan, it is hard not to. The docs scan because they want to make sure chemo is working, so there is a chance that something will show up. My doc will never reassure me and say that nothing will show up, and that is because they can't say that for sure. That being said, each of my scans have been good since chemo, and there is probably a very good chance that your wife's scan will be good too! Hang in there, it is such a relief when you find out the scan is good! I know you are looking for reassurance, we all are. I will be thinking of you and your wife.
