What is your annual follow up like?

First of all - I'm so thankful we are here to have annual follow up.  Would be interested to hear what others have as their annual screening.  Up until now, I've had mammography, ultrasound and MRI.  Recently relocated and the doctors here are telling me the ultrasound isn't necessary with mammography and MRI.
