New lump on other side?

I found a elongated lump on the breast that I did not have cancer in. My first cancer the lump was very large and more round. It felt like it was just under the skin. This one is long and hard but I have not seen a doctor yet. I am thinking about calling my onc to check it next month since I still go in for blood tests and Procrit shot every month. I just can't get my blood count back up since chemo in 2009. I have some autoimmune problems and we think that might be the problem but the day after I saw the doc last time I discovered the area while showering. I am not Er+or Pr+. I had Her2. I have been searching for shapes of cancer lumps but the only thing I found was tubular car. Anyone with an idea if this could be possible? It is also on the side next to my other breast which I think is strange.
