Where to go in Seattle for follow up screening?

I'm 10 years out from BC - extremely happy about that -- but anxious about finding good follow up in the Seattle area.  I used to go to a breast care center in another state that had radiology, surgeons, MRI, ultrasound, etc. in one practice.  All they did was specialized breast care.  Now, I have to start all over.  I called one breast center and was told that I could schedule a mammography but not ultrasound or MRI.  I'm stressing out because my cancer was not detected via mammography due to dense tissue and I have also been having MRIs for the past several years.  My tumor was found via my annual ultrasound. 

 I'm going to PCP for physical breast exam and then on to where ever for the imaging.  I would rather see someone who does physical breast exams all day long than my PCP.

Please, anyone recommend a physician for the physical exam and also where to go for the imaging?
