    Probably not the best ever but the most memorable gift of this last year -

    Christmas lights. I have the roof of my house outlined in Christmas Lights each year. It is not cheap. I decided to skip last year since medical bills needed attention. I explained to the young man (owner of the lighting company) what was going on and why I could not afford the lights.

    I was surprised, overhwelmed, and humbled when I came home from chemo and found him on the roof putting up my Christmas lights - a gift from his company. I cried.

    This year my lights are 'first up and last down'! There is much to celebrate.
