Local recurrence

Dear friends, Now a days I am worried about local recurrence. I feel a tiny pimpl on my chest where I had mastectomy. It itches me allot, and it has a tiny needle head but it has no fluid inside.

I talked to my Dr. and he said probably a superfecial skin thing. It did not change or grow. I need to know what normally it feels like when there is a local recurrence. Is it a lump that you feel, or what..

I had a local recurrence and it did not feel like anything but caused a discharge from my nipple. If you are at all concerned about it have your BS biopsy it. It will be worth you piece of mind.

Hello...How long have you had the pimple?  Do you have this itchy pimple anywhere else, like on the other side, or on your neck or torso?  This is how I help myself.  I have had an itchy pimple right ON my mastectomy scar. But I realized I also had it on other areas of my body. It did go away and I realized I was allergic to the stuff they were rubbing my skin with before accessing my port.  It did go away.  I would give it two weeks. If it is still there, or another one pops up and is only in this are, I would have it looked into.  But it is likely NOT a recurrence...

Thanks Kathleen1966. The pimple is only in one area, but it is like the ones that grow on your face. But there is no bruising or oozing. It is even invisible, but you can feel the needle head of it only. It itches, and I scratch it and it tunrs read. Apart from that I don't have any other complain. There are pimple in my body, also I noticed that the side of mastectomy is very dry and has like (hair dandruff) it is witish in color

It is right nuder the colar bone in the upper part of the chest.
