ILC or IDC and does it matter?

    Two different pathologists looked at my slides, saw the same thing and gave it two different names.  I am trying to figure out what I have, although it does not look the treatment plan would be affected.  But if anyone knows or has been in a similar situation I would appreciate your advice.  So my tumor showed single file growth pattern (like ILC), but also e-cadherin staining (like IDC).  Tubule score was 3, positive for ER/PR, negative for HER2, and low Ki67. 

    One pathologist called it invasive mammary carcinoma with lobular features, the other called it IDC with single file growth pattern.  

    It seems that right now for treatment decisions it is not relevant.  But I am sort of curious if there is a proper classification.  I thought that as more research is done in the future it would be good to know what type I have. Also it might be useful to watch out for complications down the line.
