Has anyone had this test?  I hear it is far more accurate than the BRAC.

It's a supplement or extension of the BRCA test, for which an additional charge is made.  (It's not an either or, but a test for additional variations in the genes.)

There have been recent news reports (there are threads about them here) that some of the people who didn't have the additional test (because the standards calling for it weren't met) proved to have mutations that would have been caught by the BART test.

Myriad (the BRCA/BART lab) has been criticized for not folding the BART testing into the BRCA test for a single charge (as have been done w/ other genetic tests).

You wouldn't want to have just the BART test (then you wouldn't have been tested for the mutations that the BRCA testing finds), but if you've been tested, be sure to check and see whether you've had the BART testing as well.
