    Hmmm...for me, it was the pec dissection implant method that made me say no. Way too many complications and risks for discomfort, infection, capsular contraction etc... to warrant going through it. Plus, many develop chronic pain and I was not exactly impressed with the 'after' photos. My decision had nothing to do with misunderstandings or socioeconomic status. I'll wait for microfat grafting or have it done in the US.
