Hi Friends - Well my pathology came back benign.  I go for follow up next week.  I am extremely relieved but know that my journey is just beginning. Although my core needle got all the ADH and the excisional showed nothing, I am still high risk so need closer monitoring and must now consider Tamoxifen and am not sure if I will take it or not.  Thank you for all of your support and God bless everyone.

Although my diagnosis is a little more complicated than your LCIS, ALH and ADH for now I have decided to not consider Tamoxifen.  I may change my mind at some point but for right now I am comfortable with my decision.

Happy for your results!!  My diagnosis was ALH, excisional also showed nothing more, but with my risk factors, etc. and I did not want to take Tamoxifen and have close monitoring I chose PBMX - not for everyone, but it was the right choice for me...
