I am not a fish fan but since diagnosis I have tried to make a conscious shift from pork/chicken to fish and it is good to know what are my right choices. Is it true fish without scales may be more susceptible to absorbing contaminants? Canned fish how safe is this?

I dont think anything in the can is any good.Did anyone ever try tuna in the package?

Bumble Bee puts out a premium tuna in a package. Its gotta be better then the can.

I love Salmon but my stomach cannot handle it.
