Help to understand pathology

Hello there.

My mom was diganosed with IDC breast cancer a bit more than 3 years ago. I hope somebody can help me with understanding the pathology report which I've never really understood. I'm not sure what these pieces of information (results) mean:

BRGr(3+3+3) pT2, pN1 (1/12,  S:/pk+,30 CPS/+), LI+, NPI:5,46, ER+, PR+, P53+/-, CK5-, HER-2/NEU-, MIB1: 20%.

ER + and PR + are understandable, and BRGr indicates the tumor grade, I believe. I hope somebody can help me.
