Anyone plus size and implants?

I was given a second opinion today that shocked me. I was told implants would look "rediculous" on me and I should only go for a TRAM or DIEP. I was even told that the plastic surgeon was shocked that another plastic surgeon would even offer me the option of implants. I am a 42 D and confused as to what I should do. Are there any other plus size ladies that can offer advice?
